I coordinate the next verification layer: supplier questions, samples, factory visits or product checks with clear evidence.

If we continue, I support communication, production follow-up and China-side coordination while you keep commercial control.
What this process is designed to do
The goal is not to overwhelm you with factory names. The goal is to give you enough clarity to decide — and enough China-side follow-through to move from interest to action.
Every project is different. Some start with a broad category search. Others begin with one supplier already identified. We adapt the steps to what you actually need.
What stays with you
You decide which suppliers to pursue, which samples to approve, and which commercial terms to accept. I work on your side in China to make those decisions better informed.
